Mean Streak was a wooden roller coaster at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, USA. It opened in 1991 and closed in 2016. The ride stood 161 feet tall, dropped 155 feet and reached 65 mph over 5,427 feet of track.
For years one of the tallest and longest wooden coasters in the world, but its ride quality declined sharply with age, becoming a running joke among enthusiasts long before its closure.
Field note: closed in 2016 and rebuilt into Steel Vengeance, keeping much of the original structure.
