About TRON Lightcycle / Run

★ Fastest roller coaster at Walt Disney World

TRON Lightcycle / Run is a launched steel roller coaster at Magic Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, USA, open since 2023. The ride stands 79 feet tall and reaches 59 mph over 3,169 feet of track.

Riders lean forward on motorcycle-style trains for a low-to-the-ground launch coaster themed to the Tron film franchise, staying close to the ground for most of its run to heighten the sensation of speed.

Field note: its Shanghai Disneyland predecessor opened six years earlier, in 2016.
